Leadership through Partnership
Pantheon Properties & Canyon Capital Realty Advisors/Canyon Johnson Urban Fund:
Pantheon enjoys a 16+ year partnership with the Canyon Capital Realty Advisors and their affiliate group, The Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund for the acquisition of urban industrial, office, retail, and residential development/redevelopment opportunities throughout the country. The Pantheon/Canyon partnership has partnered on millions of square feet in the northeast and Florida.

Pantheon & Principal Real Estate Investors:
Since 2007, Pantheon Properties and Principal Real Estate Investors have been joint venture partners on various industrial properties and have acquired in excess of 50 acres of land and +/- 600,000 square feet of building. Principal Real Estate Investors is one of the largest institutional real estate managers in the United States; managing over $15 billon in commercial real estate assets.

Executive Team

Ken Cohen
Ken Cohen, founder, President, and CEO of Pantheon, has been involved in the real estate business for over 25 years; developing and managing properties encompassing millions of square feet throughout the eastern seaboard. Ken's expertise and creativity in property development, management, environmental remediation, energy efficiency, and strategic financing is tantamount to Pantheon's success.

Gary Capetta
Gary Capetta joined Pantheon in April 2006 as Principal and Director of Acquisitions. Gary sources new investment opportunities for the company, in addition to overseeing the leasing and brokerage activities. During his 20+ year tenure in the commercial brokerage industry, Gary has worked on behalf of dozens of local and national companies-playing a pivotal role in transactions that total over 20 million square feet, and exceed an aggregate value of $1 billion.

Zack Hitchcock
Zack Hitchcock joined Pantheon in January 2003, and is now the firm's Vice President. Zack oversees Pantheon's property portfolio; including but not limited to the day-to-day operations of its brokerage, construction management (via KCR, Inc., our property maintenance company), and project development. A former member of the US National soccer team, Zack brings a strategic and team-oriented approach that is integral to Pantheon's competitive edge.
