Gary Capetta
Gary Capetta is a partner in Pantheon Properties and president of the firm's brokerage division. In addition, he sources new investment opportunities for the company. During his nearly two decades in the commercial brokerage industry, Gary has worked on behalf of dozens of local and national companies and has played a pivotal role in transactions that, collectively, encompass 20 million square feet and exceed an aggregrate value of nearly $1 billion.
Zack Hitchcock
Zack Hitchcock is the Vice President for Pantheon Properties. Zack oversees the company's portfolio of properties as well as the daily operations of its property brokerage, K.C.Renovation and all of Pantheon's development projects.
