		Pantheon is currently seeking real estate opportunties and acquisitions for our own portfolio in the $3 million to $100 million range. We are working with a number of partners nationally, including the Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund, in location urban office, industrial, retail and residential development and redevelopment opportunities in the $20 to $100 million range. We are interested in acquiring for our own account, or creating joint ventures with local partners.


			Pantheon Properties Purchase fee simple. Sale lease back transactions with investment and non-investment grade tenants. Develop build-to suit projects. Re-capitalize existing assets and or partnerships. Acquire performing and non-performing mortgage notes collateralized by commercial property. Development of environmentally challenged and brownfield sites.
