JAS Forwarding Worldwide Expands at Pantheon's 401 Penhorn Ave
NEW YORK - Manhattan-based Pantheon Properties recently signed a lease expansion and extension with the Milan, Italy-based JAS Forwarding Worldwide at its 74,000 SF flex-building at 401 Penhorn Avenue in Secaucus, NJ.

Last December, JAS established the location as its U.S. tri-state freight and office headquarters; leasing over 16,000 SF. The expansion brings the global enterprise's New Jersey occupancy to more than 28,000 SF.

“We are extremely pleased to have been able to easily accommodate JAS with this expansion. As a worldwide-leader in the freight forwarding business, JAS initially selected our facility because of its location, utility, and flexibility to expand within our property as their business grew - It was an ideal arrangement for all.", says Gary Capetta of Pantheon.

An additional 10,700 SF is available for immediate occupancy at 401 Penhorn – featuring 22' clear ceilings, multiple tailgate doors, and finished mezzanine office. This prime space is located minutes to Port Newark/Elizabeth, Newark Airport, and New York City via the Lincoln/Holland Tunnels and the George Washington Bridge.

David Cantor of Team Resources represented JAS Forwarding Worldwide for the initial lease and the expansion.
