Pantheon Leases Fridge-Facility in Hasbrouck Heights
Pantheon Properties represented the landlord, 137 Industrial Avenue Associates, LLC. in the lease of Hasbrouck Heights flex facility 135-137 Industrial Avenue.
Bo San International leased 19,880 SF of the +/- 48,000 SF building —comprised of cooler, freezer, prep room, and 3,000 SF of office space. Daphne Chou of Terry O’Conner Agency represented client Bo San International, (formerly of Brooklyn). The deal had many moving parts—Bo San International expanded the existing freezer/cooler to suit their growing business; all the while operating at full capacity in Brooklyn. The move from Brooklyn to Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey is simply a sign of the times; where companies are taking opportunistic deals at the current market rates. As of September 1, 2009, the industrial-flex facility will have 14,248 SF available (+/- 2,000 SF existing office). The referred unit is equipped with two drive-in doors, two tailgates, and full side-lot access. |
