Pantheon Leases 20,000 SF in Newark Ironbound
NEWARK - WB Law Coffee, fine coffee merchant/distributor, leased 280 Wilson Avenue, Unit B, an industrial property owned by the Manhattan-headquartered, Pantheon Properties. WB Law intends to use the +/- 20,000-SF space to expand its Newark-based operations.
Founded in 1909, Law Coffee is a family owned and operated company that provides a range of services including retail-home delivery, professionally branded programs & distribution for institutional clients, as well as offering an extensive line of commercial coffee equipment.
“We’re happy to have been able to facilitate a fellow Newark neighbor expand their operations. It’s refreshing to see those looking to capitalize on the downturn by gearing up for the better times to come,” commented Gary Capetta, Principal of Pantheon Properties.
The Pantheon asset is sited on approximately four acres in the city’s “Ironbound”-section, just minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike and Newark International Airport. The execution of this lease accounts for the remainder of the +/- 81,000-SF building—bringing it to 100% occupancy.
