Pantheon's Third Party Venture a Success
What began as an exploratory trial, the Pantheon 3rd Party Property Management Division has sprung an entirely new avenue for the full-service Real Estate firm. Assembled in late 2008 to combat recessionary pressures, Pantheon's 3rd party assignments far exceeded expectations — not only proving itself a successful venture, but bearing the promise for tremendous future expansion.
Quick to adapt in these amorphous times, Ken Cohen, Pantheon President & CEO, commented, “We identified an opportunity to lend a helping hand; extending our expertise to property owners in need of experienced operators capable of re-positioning their assets for optimal return.”
Pantheon approaches its 3rd party properties with the same enthusiasm, efforts, and resources that have long enabled the firm to achieve maximized occupancy & investor ROI for its own account. Recent exclusive assignments include a 20 Acre site with 3 Cross-Terminals, 84 Harbor Drive in Jersey City, NJ, and the “Ciao Bella Building”, unique cooler/freezer facility located at 231 40th Street in Irvington, NJ.
Third-party property owners share the same access to seasoned professionals and know-how that Pantheon employs day-to-day—providing advantages many in the market may be unaware of.
Mr. Cohen concluded, “Our philosophy here is to handle these properties as if they were our own. Pantheon prides itself in its veteran management/brokerage team, and believes it can extend these competencies outside the realm of its own portfolio to alleviate some of the headache owners are facing in this era of incertitude”.
